Flatbed Screen-Printing Press

Thieme designed its 1000 series of semi-automatic flatbed screen-printing presses for high-speed, high-quality output and repeatability. Six models are available. Each is engineered to eliminate vibration, hold screens steady and securely, and operate without frame-lifting movement. Maximum print sizes vary from 22 x 30 in. to 62 x 85 in. (550 x 750 mm to 1550 x 2100 mm), maximum sheet sizes vary from 23 x 31 in. to 62 x 85 in. (580 x 780 mm to 1580 x 2170 mm), and each press accepts media up to 2 in. (50 mm) thick and supports squeegee speeds from 8-60 in./sec (203-1524 mm/sec). Maximum print speeds vary from 600-1200 pieces/hr.
