Flatbed UV Inkjet Printer

Raster Printers recently announced that its Daytona H700UV, a 72-in. flatbed UV inkjet printer, now comes bundled with EFI’s Fiery XF printing and proofing solution. Fiery XF is designed to enhance processing speeds, color quality, and productivity. “Fiery XF delivers a terrific boost to our Daytona customers, as the new, powerful product combination makes them more competitive, efficient, and profitable,” says Rak Kumar, president of Raster Printers. The Daytona H700 UV uses Toshiba Tec’s CA4 Grey Scale printheads, which support drop sizes of 6-42 pL. It offers print speeds up to 320 sq ft/hr (30 sq m/hr) and features a vacuum belt media-handling system and can support media up to 72 in.(1829 mm) wide, 1.8 in. (46 mm) thick, and 100 lb (45 kg).
