His strategy is to consistently achieve sales goals by establishing excellent working relationships with team members, customers and distributors, all with the consumer perspective in mind, in order to increase sales and expand key client base.
Schwalge comes from Premier Press as Director of Wide Format where he evaluated service needs and product satisfaction levels with established customers. He developed new business opportunities by effectively communicating product lines and strategizing with his sales team to prospect and qualify potential customers. Prior to Premier Press he held the position of VP of Sales at Photocraft where he directed product development using his in-depth knowledge of the vendor landscape with industry insight and worked with the creative team to drive internal promotion of company programs and initiatives.
He will be based out of the Portland, Oregon and will focus specifically on developing business in the western region. “Our direction at Gilman Brothers is our commitment to customer specifications and consulting throughout the graphics industry and all levels of the supply chain.
