Hirsch Int’l, Hauppauge, NY, hosted an open house on Aug. 16-17 at its national sales office in Solon, OH. Customers came from Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois and were treated to lunch, participated in hands-on product demos, and were able to see the latest offerings in screen-printing, textile laser equipment, software, embroidery equipment and supplies, and more. Prizes were given away, including training DVDs, online training sessions by Joyce Jagger, and hand-held Jiffy steamers. The grand prize, a free copy of Creator Embroidery Software by Pulse Microsystems, was awarded to Randy Roberts of R&R Embroidery, Ann Arbor, MI.
