Inca Digital Forms Direct Technical-Support Group

Inca Digital, Rolling Meadows, IL, a manufacturer of large-format inkjet printers, announced it has established a direct technical-support group designed to provide high-quality service to Inca users in North America. The group provides first line support to Fujifilm Sericol, Inca’s global distributor responsible for sales of Inca Columbia, Columbia Turbo, and Spyder digital flatbed printers; although, Inca Digital printers sold by Fujifilm Canada will continue to be serviced by Fujifilm Canada.

“Our objective is to provide first-class support and minimize any down press time,” says Steve Lynn, North America service manager. “We can now even provide even faster access to parts and service to provide customers with heightened support. This operation forms a foundation upon which we can provide direct support to customers throughout the Americas, with the full support of the Inca factory.”

The program will provide equipment installation, servicing, and on-site training by Inca experts. Inca Digital has opened a service office in the Chicago area to support the new initiative, and will accommodate staff and an inventory of spare parts. Inca DSG is based at sister company Screen USA and can be reached at 5110 Tollview Dr., Rolling Meadows, IL 60008, 847-870-1960, fax: 847-870-5279, e-mail: info@incadigital.com, Web: www.incadigital.com.
