Industrial Inkjet Printer

The 74-in. (1880-mm) wide AJ-740 is Roland’s latest addition to its AdvancedJET series of industrial inkjet printers. It’s equipped with Roland’s AdvancedJET grand-format engine and delivers a maximum print speed of 872 sq ft/hr (81 sq m/hr). Features include six piezo printheads, Roland’s advanced precision firing pattern, imaging resolutions up to 720 dpi, and compatibility with coated and uncoated media. An optional MU-740 Mesh Printing Unit can be attached for direct printing onto unlined mesh media. The printer uses EcoXtreme ink, formulated exclusively for the AdvancedJET series. Automated maintenance, a high-capacity ink-delivery system, and media-handling and take-up systems are additional features. The AJ-740 is backed by Roland’s two-year warranty.
