Inkjet Printer for 3-D Objects

The PromoJET inkjet printer from Inkcups Now is designed to decorate white or light colored flat or 3-D products up to 5 in. (127 mm) high. PromoJET features an eight-color printhead an uses solvent-based inks that are formulated to adhere to plastics, coated metals, leathers, and more without pre-treatment. The system has an 11 x 18-in. (279 x 457-mm) DC-driven tooling table, onto which parts can be tooled into a multiple-up configuration. Specialized RIP software controls color reproduction and the overall amount of ink jetted on the substrate.
