Need a printable product that can liven up an event? Condé might have what you need in its new inkjet-receptive balloons. Condé says decoraters can use any inkjet printer and standard inkjet ink to create customized balloons for celebrations and promotional items. Through the software package provided by Condé, users can create personalized round, heart, or star-shaped photo balloons by importing a photos and/or adding text to a variety of border templates.
