Garment printers can create Pantone simulations or standard colors using the UltraMix PD Color System from International Coatings (www.iccink.com), which includes 19 non-phthalate high-pigment dispersions along with two mixing bases.

Designed for use with the company’s UltraMix PD formulation software, the system allows users to mix Pantone colors or enhance existing colors in any sized batch. In addition to the two bases (regular and matte) in the line, the dispersions are compatible with virtually any base, including the company’s 141 High Density Base, 7100 Performance Pro base for performance fabrics, 3816 Sentri Clear for soft-hand effects, and 9000 Clear for nylon.
