(ITI) has released the ITI3200-TXK dual-production textile printer, which incorporates a new media handling system that accommodates both transfer paper and direct-to-fabric printing using a single inkset. The machine spans 126 in. and is available with either two or four Kyocera KJ4B printheads, reaching speeds up to 2195 sq ft/hr.

An internal, bottom-mounted heater for direct-to-fabric applications is optional. Additional features include an internal vacuum system to hold down thin media and prevent it from wrinkling, and an ink collection gutter assembly for printing on polyester and other mesh-like textiles.
