Neschen beefed up its Seal Ultra roller laminators with new features to boost productivity. The improved Ultras, called the Seal Ultra Plus Series, are targeted for entry- to intermediate-level image finishers working in low- to mid-volume environments. They a feature dual heat option, automatic take-up shaft for removing release liners, and operation on 110-v power. Standard features that carry over from the Ultra line include touchpad controls, adjustable speeds up to 5 ft/min (1.5 m/min) for heated units and 10 ft/min (3 m/min) for cold machines, three preset temperature selections, eight preset openings from 0-0.05 in. (0-1.3 mm), silicone rollers, auto-grip supply shafts, foot controls, an on-board reference guide, safety systems, and a portable design. The Ultra Plus laminators are CE/ETL/CSA certified and come with a one-year limited warranty (180 days on rollers).
