Designed specifically to cure digitally printed water-based inks, the Digi-Dry Box from Lawson Screen & Digital Products (www.golawson.com) enables digitally printed shirts to be fully cured within 30-90 sec, depending on the ink deposit.

Available in floor-standing and benchtop models, the Digi-Dry Box combines quartz-IR heating elements with a powerful air-evacuation system to draw moisture out of the garment while curing the ink. The digitally controlled machine has a curing area of 16 x 18 in. and an adjustable timing cycle that turns the unit on and off automatically, saving energy when shirts aren’t being cured.

The unit can also be used to cure conventional plastisol inks.
