Learning This Screen Trick is Just Like Printing Money

Using variable data printing, this is the type of image that could be easily mass customized on a hybrid line. This shirt was designed to resemble a $100 bill. It was DTG printed on a hybrid line and screen printed with color-change special effects in the security detail areas. The graphic was changed for my friend, Anthony Corsano, when he retired from Anvil Knitwear in 2017. His image replaces Ben Franklin’s, his initials and date of retirement replace the serial number, and things that Anthony would say are positioned in the security detail areas.
