Magnetic-Receptive Sheets

Adams Magnetic Products Co. recently expanded its lines of magnetic-receptive sheets with the additions of Magbond and Magsteel materials. The company says the sheets offer a convenient backdrop for magnets that is portable, durable, simply installed, and easily incorporated into other frames, fixtures and displays. Magbond is a rubber-based ferrous sheet that’s 0.025 in.  thick x 24 in. wide and supplied in 50-ft rolls (0.64 mm x 610 mm x 15.25 m). It’s available with interior or outdoor adhesives, with white matte vinyl coatings, or with adhesive on one side and white vinyl on the other. Adams describes Magsteel as a product that combines a printable surface with a lightweight metal to create a magnetically receptive sheet. Rolls of 0.10-in.-thick x 36.6-in.-wide material are supplied in 82-ft lengths (2.5 mm x 929.6 mm x 25 m). Sheets may be ordered in a 0.025-in. thickness x 31.5 in. width and up to 43.3 in. in length (0.64 mm x 800 mm x 1100 mm). Users may select a white, printable surface on both sides, or with the printable surface on one side and adhesive on the other.
