Massivit Introduces Exploration 3D Printer

A smaller machine for shops expanding into the 3D market.

Massivit 3D has revealed the Massivit 1500 Exploration 3D Printer for shops entering the wide-format 3D printing market. More compact than the Massivit 1800 model, the 1500 prints lightweight, hollow structures up to 58 in. wide, 46 in. deep, and 57 in. high using Massivit’s Gel Dispensing Printing technology and a single printhead. Print speeds reach 11.4 in./hr on the Z axis and 6.6 linear in./sec. Applications include integrated 2D and 3D displays, illuminated signage, thermoforming molds, props, and more.
