Media for Backlit Applications

Mediatex Lightbox is Junkers & Müllers’ answer to demands for media designed specifically for backlit applications. The company says the fabric’s special microporous coating intensifies the brilliance of colors in a printed image. Light that hits the fabric is initially absorbed and then diffused through to the other side. Junkers & Müllers says the material is flexible, easy to process, and does not display kinking or white brittle. Mediatex Lightbox is compatible with solvent and UV inks and is available in widths up to 6.6 ft (2 m). Junkers & Müllers GmbH, Bolksbuscher Strasse 27, D-41239, Mönchengladbach, Germany, 49-2166-39390, fax: 49-2166-390980, e-mail: info@jm-techtex.com, Web: www.jm-techtex.com.
