MACmark Sparkle Metallic series is the newest line of cast films from MACtac. Sparkle Metallic films are constructed with a 3.0-mil, cadmium-free cast vinyl face, and MACtac says they contain a high concentration of metallic flakes for shimmering color and a high-gloss finish. The films are coated with a permanent, clear, solvent acrylic adhesive that is protected by a 78-lb white kraft liner. MACtac says the combination of these characteristics gives the film excellent stability and layflat properties, as well as excellent shrinkage resistance. The films can be diecut with traditional equipment and computer-aided signmaking systems and applied to flat or irregular surfaces, including rivets and corrugations, which allows for their use in decals for recreational vehicles, automobiles, boats, and more.
