Mimaki Releases RasterLink6 Version 5

Mimaki has released an update to its RasterLink RIP software. Version 5 now offers a selection of embedded color libraries, including Pantone+ Solid Coated and Uncoated colors, Adobe Illustrator-compatible DIC colors, and Mimaki original color collections, including metallic. Via these presets, Pantone spot colors are automatically detected and converted to CMYK.

New features also include measured color replacement via spectrophotometer data and the ability to create Fotoba cut marks directly within the operation window.
