Mimaki’s Superwide Textile Printer

The TX500P-3200DS superwide direct-to-textile printer from Mimaki offers printing and finishing in one system, eliminating the need for a separate heat press as with traditional dye sub printing. The 126-in. machine is engineered to print and offer inline color fixation with speeds up to 1399 sq ft/hr in high-speed draft mode.

The 126-in. machine is engineered to print and offer inline color fixation with speeds up to 1399 sq ft/hr in high-speed draft mode.

Features include printer and heat unit synchronization; a high-gap print setting for ink droplet accuracy on woven patterns, raised fiber surfaces, and other textiles; 12 staggered printheads; an automatic media feeder and pulling roller; Mimaki’s Advanced Pass System 4; a nozzle check unit and nozzle recovery system; and RasterLink6 RIP software. The company’s TxLink3 textile RIP software is optional.
