M&R has announced its acquisition of Novus Imaging, a New Hampshire-based manufacturer of digital printing equipment whose portfolio includes the large-format Ultra flatbed LED printer, Synergia hybrid UV printer, and more. The companies aim to combine M&R’s “size, manufacturing capacity, and worldwide sales and service network” with Novus’s large-format experience, according to a release. Novus and M&R products will be on display at booth 1968 at the ISA Sign Expo, April 20-22 in Las Vegas.
