M&R Cobra Automatic Screen-Printing Press

Designed for high-volume production with speeds reaching 960 garments/hr.

M&R has launched the Cobra automatic screen-printing press for high-volume screen-printing production, available in two models. The Cobra 1618 is offered in 10-station/8-color, 12-station/10-color, and 14-station/12-color configurations, while the Cobra 2020 offers 10-station/8-color, 12-station/10-color, 14-station/12-color, and 16-station/14-color configurations; 14- and 16-station Cobra 2020 configurations are compatible with the M&R Digital Squeegee DS-4000.

Reaching speeds of up to 960 garments/hr, the Cobra press leverages a newly designed flat indexing system with quiet operation. The printer’s spider arm design features pneumatic-locking Quick-Flip front frame holders for rapid screen loading and unloading, quick pallet changes, and compatibility with Tri-Loc and Tri-Sync.

Additional features include pallet and screen adjustment controls including slimline pallet-leveling adjustment system, updated precision front and rear micro adjustments, front and rear on-head/off contact controls, squeegee pressure gauges on each printhead, HMI interface with Heads Idle Mode and Revolver Print Program, Maintenance Minder System, high-res touch-screen interface with built-in tutorials and multilanguage setup guides and operating instructions, and more.
