Multicolor Screen Press

A.W.T. World Trade (awt-gpi.com) added new features to its American M&M Hercules, a multicolor screen press that the company says is unmatched for speed quality, and ease of use. Hercules now features a 400-W twin-lamp curing system with Inteli-Guard mounted between each printhead. Another addition is Remote Diagnostic, a real-time service that’s intended to reduce repair costs and downtime as much as 80%.

Hercules now features a 400-W twin-lamp curing system with Inteli-Guard mounted between each printhead. Another addition is Remote Diagnostic, a real-time service that’s intended to reduce repair costs and downtime as much as 80%. Other features include an up-front peel control, brushless AC motors with inverter-control system on each head, and the availability of either an electro-mechanical or servo drive indexer. The sheet-fed Hercules is designed to produce up to 600 six-color pieces/hr, including two-sided jobs. Supported print formats include 25 x 38 in. (635 x 965 mm), 30 x 40 in. (762 x 1016 mm), 38 x 52 in. (965 x 1320 mm), and 50 x 75 in (1270 x 1905 mm).
