Off Contact Productions, Toledo, OH, recently announced the formation of Budget-Inks. The company says the new division will import and distribute OEM-quality HP and Seiko ink cartridges at wholesale prices.

Budget-Inks will specialize in inks for HP Designjet 9000 and Seiko 64s printers. The ink will be packaged in ready-to-use 1000-ml cartridges. The inks are suitable for a variety of applications, including vehicle graphics, banners, exterior signage, P-O-P graphics, vinyl clings, floor graphics, and more.
