A new dual-curing, one-part emulsion has joined the ranks at Franklin Int’l. Image Mate PC 787 is formulated for low viscosity and with a 44% solids content. Franklin says the high solids content allows for easy stencil buildup on medium and high mesh counts and notes that the emulsion, which dries red, holds exceptional detail and can withstand thousands of impressions with plastisol, UV, and conventiona inks. Image Mate PC 787 has a pH in the 4.0-5.0 range and is available in 28-oz and 1-, 5-, and 50-gal quantities. Franklin Int’l., 2020 Bruck St., Columbus, OH 43207, 800-877-4583, fax: 614-445-1555, Web: www.image-mate.com
