Avery Dennison Graphics expanded its A9 Opaque High Performance film with the addition of 24 colors (for a total of 126 colors), including 25 simulations of Pantone’s most-specified colors. A9 is a cast film designed for indoor and outdoor applications that involve rivets, corrugations, and compound curves. Suitable jobs include vehicle, marine, window, P-O-P, trade-show, and banner graphics. The film features a permanent solvent adhesive and Avery’s Easy Apply Technology with air-egress channels that allow bubbles and wrinkles to be pushed down and out. Avery added a new Blue Release Liner to its white, true white, and matte white translucent and opaque vinyls, including the A9 Opaque. The liner is designed to make white films easier to see and faster to weed. The A9 Opaque Pantone film line can be seen in Avery’s new Color Selector swatchbook.
