Pad- and Screen-Printing Ink

Maralox LX is Maribu’s answer to the call for a one-component ink system that can be used in pad-printing and screen-printing applications. The high-gloss, opaque, one-component system is suitable for varnished substrates, numerous plastics, and some metals. It reportedly delivers excellent appearance, trouble-free print runs, user-friendliness, excellent ink transfer, outstanding cliche opening, and a broad application spectrum. The ink system features oxidized drying, where the hardening of the ink film is caused by the oxidative cross-linking reaction between ink and air oxygen. In pad-printing applications, Maralox LX is suitable for printing lacquered miniature cars. Ideal screen-printing applications include those that require easy printability such as varnished transport barrels. Marabuwerke GmbH & Co.
