Paper-Composite Board

Xanita describes its X-Board as a replacement for resin-based MDF, particle board, PVC, and foam-cored boards. The composite board is engineered for a high strength-to-weight ratio. Its closed-cell, honeycomb core is manufactured from recycled kraft papers and organic adhesives, which, as Xanita puts it, together generate up to 90 ton/sq m core crush resistance. X-Board may be disposed of after its useful life in paper-recycling bins or cardboard compactors. It can be direct UV inkjet or UV screen printed, laminated, miter-cut,  folded or curved, or cut into shapes. X-Board consists of a printable paper liner and inner kraft reinforced base. The board comes in a variety of dimensions and thicknesses. Xanita USA, 1050 Northbrook Pkwy., Suwanee, GA 30024, 678-407-6887, fax: 770-277-7663, Web: www.xanitausa.com.
