FLEXcon’s optiFLEX CONFORMmax polyethylene films are designed for semi-squeeze and rigid containers. They feature V-882 adhesive, which FLEXcon describes as a value-priced, high-performance, permanent acrylic that offers excellent wet-out on low-surface-energy, high-density polyethylene containers. The films are engineered for long-term performance without lifting, tunneling, or flagging. They’re available in white and clear and can be decorated by letterpress, rotary screen, and flexography. All of the products are backed with TRACrite 120 polyester release liner. The optiFLEX CONFORMmax series is available in 78-in. (1981-mm) master rolls.
