PrinterEvolution’s 192-Inch Dye Sub Printer

The D5300 DS sublimation printer from PrinterEvolution offers the capability to run 192-in. rolls or multiple rolls of different widths simultaneously. The machine includes an inline sublimation calender, designed to increase capacity and reduce production time. The D5300 DS prints CMYK using water-based high-energy disperse inks, and utilizes four or eight Kyocera printheads with variable drop grayscale technology. Max. resolution is 1200 x 600 dpi, while max. print speed reaches 3440 sq ft/hr.

Additional features include an integrated ultrasonic sewing system, patented heating drum with electronic setting abilities, inline cutting system with six adjustable blades, 5-L bulk ink feed, and more.
