Established in 1950, the graphic arts industry recognizes the Lewis Memorial Lifetime Achievement Award as the highest honor awarded to an individual. The award pays homage to industry leaders who have gone far beyond standard obligations and have become a significant force in shaping the business of printed communications.

To make a submission, follow the instructions on this nomination form. Previous winners are not eligible for a second award. Employees of graphic arts associations are also not eligible. Candidates do not have to be Printing Industries of America members and may either be living or deceased.
