The ReferenceGuide – Metallic Edition was developed by Color Concepts Europe and is currently compatible only with ONYX Thrive print-workflow software, as well as ProductionHouse, ONYX PosterShop, and ONYX RIPCenter software.

Color Concepts Europe bills its ReferenceGuide as a complete solution that makes it easy for advertising/design agencies, brand owners, and print companies to integrate metallic inks into their designs. The reference guide is designed to enable printing of CMYK and metallic colors in a consistent manner on different media. It consists of a swatch book with 100 metallic colors assembled in consultation with various styling experts and advertising/design agencies.
