EFI’s Colorproof XF Service Pack 3 is designed to enable users of EFI Colorproof XF to benefit from the latest developments in the wide-format, proofing, and photo markets. The client/server-based proofing solution includes EFI Bestcolor Technology and is available through the Colorproof XF automatic Online Updater function. It supports a range of wide-format printers such as the HP Designjet 8000 and 1000 series, as well as the Mutoh Falcon II RJ-8000 50/64/87, Rockhopper 3 65/90, Spitfire 65/90, and Spitfire 100. The solution also supports the Epson Stylus Pro 3800 and the HP Designjet Z2100 and Z31000 devices for proofing and photo printing. Colorproof XF is now compatible with additional measuring devices, including the embedded spectrophotometer of the HP Designjet Z series, X-Rite Eye-One iSis, and Barbieri Spectro LFP RT. Service Pack 3 includes the UGRA/fogra media wedge v2.1, which supports the X-Rite Eye-One iSis and DTP70 spectrophotometers. Service Pack 3 is available through EFI dealers and distributors.
