Q-Lab Corp. (formerly Q-Panel Lab Products), Cleveland, OH, a provider of weathering and light-stability-testing equipment, announced it broke ground Sept. 1 on a 72,000-sq-ft expansion of its headquarters and manufacturing facility in Cleveland. The plan more than doubles the size of the company’s current facility.
