Roland ASD Launches Technical Support Program

Roland Advanced Solutions Div. (ASD), Lake Forest, CA, now has a tech-support program for all current and legacy products. All Roland ASD customers covered under factory and extended warranties will receive free telephone technical support and assistance via the Roland Website (www.rolandasd.com/support), online user forums, and e-mail. Roland authorized dealers will provide free support for all current products, and Roland says it will make every effort to support end-of-life products when possible.

Customers can call 888-273-8895 (7 am-5 pm PST) with questions ranging from machine maintenance to technical tips and tricks. After a product’s warranty expires, customers can purchase an extended support contract or telephone technical support for $30 per incident.  Roland ASD’s Website assistance includes documents with step-by-step instructions e-mailed from Roland product specialists, FAQs, product manuals, firmware updates, online user forums, and other customer-accessible helpful documents. Roland also offers product training classes through Roland University.
