Roland DGA IU-1000F High-Volume Flatbed

Roland DGA has announced the IU-1000F high-volume UV-LED flatbed printer for tradeshow, interior décor, and signage applications. Engineered to image substrates up to 98.8 x 51.5 in. with a max. height of 4.3 in., the press is compatible with media including PETG, PVC board, foamboard, wood, corrugated board, aluminum plate, metal, canvas, leather, fabric, tabletops, and more. With 12 printheads, the press is designed for edge-to-edge printing with a max. speed of 1249 sq ft/hr or 35 boards/hr. Additional features 
include banding and mottling prevention technology; 635 x 1800-dpi resolution; variable dot technology; high-density, high-adhesion UV inks for full-color printing onto metal, glass and acrylic with primer ink for added adhesion; one-touch, automated daily printhead cleaning; and more.
