Roland Revs Up Customers for Vehicle-Graphics Contest

Screen printers, sign makers, and vehicle-graphics professionals across the US and Canada are invited to submit their finest vehicle-wrap work to Roland’s first Wrap Vehicle Graphics Contest. Participants can enter their best Scion xB designs for a chance to win a Roland VersaCAMM 30-in. integrated printer/cutter. Cash prizes of up to $1000 also will be awarded to the top contest finalists.

A panel of company experts and industry professionals will judge contest entries. Designs will be evaluated for creativity, effectiveness, and technical quality. “As part of our 25th anniversary celebration, the Roland Wrap Contest presents an exciting opportunity for these professionals to showcase their best design work and compete for valuable prizes, including Roland’s popular VersaCAMM integrated printer/cutter,” says Brian McLeod, managing director for Roland’s Color Products Division.

The grand-prize winner not only will receive a new VersaCAMM, but also will be awarded an expenses-paid trip to SGIA ’06, which takes place Sept. 26-29 in Las Vegas, NV. At SGIA, Roland will display the designs of contest finalists, with the winning design printed and displayed on a Scion xB.

To enter the contest, visit www.rolanddga.com/wrap. Participants can view contest details and download (free of charge) the required template. Entries must be received by July 31, 2006, and contest winners will be announced on Sept. 6, 2006.
