Rollsroller Settles Patent Infringement Case

The French company GSF has accepted an agreement with the Swedish company Rollsroller AB. An agreement has been signed which includes that GSF admits that they are infringing the patent belonging to Rollsroller AB and also compensates them for damages occurred from selling an infringing applicator.

Peo Lundquist, Attorney at law, L-O Lundquist Patentbyrå AB: “The legal patent process have been going on for several years and the most pleasing aspect is that all relevant documents have been found admissible, so now the Swedish company Rollsroller AB continues and will start legal process against other competitors who are infringing Rollsroller’s patent which is in force in several countries around the world.”
