SAi Awarded Software Certification for HP Latex 560 and HP Latex 570 Printers

SA International (SAi), the leading provider of software solutions for the professional signmaking, wide-format digital printing and CAD/CAM for CNC machining industries, has today announced full certification of its software solutions by HP for use with the newly-launched HP Latex 500 series.

SA International (SAi), the leading provider of software solutions for the professional signmaking, wide-format digital printing and CAD/CAM for CNC machining industries, has today announced full certification of its software solutions by HP for use with the newly-launched HP Latex 500 series.
Verified by HP as compliant with its rigorous performance requirements, the full certification applies to SAi FlexiSIGN & PRINT, FlexiPRINT, FlexiPRINT SE, FlexiPRINT HP Edition Premium and FlexiPRINT HP Edition Pro software. SAi’s long relationship with HP and the quality and compatibility of its software with specified printers is recognized by its status as an HP Platinum Level HP Partner. The latest accreditation follows earlier certifications of SAi’s software for three HP Designjet Z-series printers as well as the HP Latex 300-series printers.

The Latex 500 series portfolio, which comprises the HP Latex 560 and HP Latex Printers, delivers vivid output quality with production speeds optimized for workflow and cost efficiencies, and is targeted towards wide format print providers – one of SAi’s key audiences.

Certification streamlines workflow and expenditure
Fully-certified SAi RIPS now have HP media profiles built-in as standard. This means that those print providers running SAi RIPs with HP’s Latex 500 series large format printers enjoy simplified job set-up, together with the assurance that their hardware and software will work seamlessly together. This arms these users with maximum control over output speed and supreme quality prints and helps deliver accelerated time-to-market and reduced production costs.

Certified for HP WallArt
In addition to printer performance, HP also awarded SAi RIP software full certification with the HP WallArt web-to-print solution on the HP Latex 500 series. This ensures print providers using the HP WallArt Suite have a secure PDF, fully integrated and automated web-to-print production workflow through the SAi RIP software to their HP Latex 500 series.

RIP Software Subscription Option
Users of SAi RIPs also have the option of reducing the cost of printer ownership by enrolling in SAi’s monthly subscription program. This enables print providers to benefit from greater cost control, while accessing the latest version of SAi’s aforementioned HP-certified software solutions without major capital investment.

“This latest full certification of our Flexi software on HP large format printers is further endorsement of the advanced performance capabilities of SAi RIP solutions,” says Sarit Tichon, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing, SAi.

“We’re delighted that, following previous certification of our software RIPS on other HP large format printers, SAi’s position as one of the foremost and innovative wide format/sign software providers has once again been underscored,” concludes Tichon.
