Sawgrass Technologies, Inc., Charleston, SC, announced it acquired all of the assets of Innowave Solutions, LLC, a Charleston, SC-based provider of turnkey digital printing systems. As a result of the acquisition, the Innowave team will become full-time employees of Sawgrass and will continue to serve the large-format customer segment that they have targeted while working under the Innowave Solutions name.

“We are excited about the opportunity to join the Sawgrass Technologies team,” says Peter Valinski, former owner of Innowave Solutions and now director of commercial/industrial sales for Sawgrass Technologies. “Historically, Sawgrass Technologies products have represented the anchor ink product in Innowave Solutions’ product offering. Moving over to represent Sawgrass Technologies directly will enable us to provide greater resources in serving our customers.”

Nathan Hale, president of Sawgrass Technologies, says, “We recognize that the team at Innowave has consistently provided a high level of service and reliability for their customers. The acquisition of Innowave further strengthens the Sawgrass team, allowing us to provide enhanced focus and superior front-line service to our wide-format commercial and industrial customers.”
