Mutoh America’s SC-PRO 1650 is a 64-in. (1625-mm), multi-purpose, friction-feed, drag-knife cutter designed for processing vinyl. It accommodates roll and sheet media up to 72.83 in. (1849.9 mm) and is equipped with four adjustable grid rollers, allowing for the use of varying media widths. SC-PRO 1650 handles off-cuts down to 3.93 in. (99.8 mm). The maximum cutting width is 64.37 in. (1634.9 mm), and grid rollers are matched per individual cutting plotter to ensure precise long-length tracking and straight media transport. The SC-PRO 1650 also is equipped with a combo head for cutting/plotting and automatic sheet off. The cutter supports a range of signmaking materials up to a maximum thickness of 1 mm. Cutting force is stepwise adjustable from 20-450 g, and cutting speed is adjustable to 39.37 in./sec (1000 mm/sec), at a maximum acceleration of 2.5 g.
