Special-Effect Film

Oracal developed its Series 8810 Frosted Glass film to create a sparkling effect or the impression of etched, cut, or sandblasted glass. It’s available in silvery grey, gold, mint, light blue, and soft pink. The 3-mil cast film features a permanent, solvent-based acrylic adhesive, a clear polyester liner, and an outdoor durability rating of seven years. Oracal says the film is ideal for wet installations on glass. Series 8810 is splice-free and available in widths of 15 in. punched, 24 in., 30 in. punched, and 48 in. (381, 610, 762, 1219 mm) Standard roll lengths are 30 and 150 ft (9.15 and 45.7 m).
