Suitable for paper and plastic substrates, the press has a top cycle speed of up to 4000 impressions/hr. It has an advanced, offset-style feeder head with separate suckers for substrate pickup and transport as well as an adjustable height position to accommodate uneven stacks; the feeder can be moved out of the way if the operator will be feeding the press manually. The Vitessa SL has an HD hydraulic squeegee carriage for greater control and the operator can set the squeegee’s starting point and active path from the control panel. Other features include feeder-pile access on both sides of the machine; improved access to the underside of the screen; varnish-protection package that guards against ink splashes even at speeds greater than 3000 impressions/hr; and central lubrication unit with cycle-controlled distributor.
