Stahls’ Offers October Workshop Wednesday Classes

Vinyl Cutter Boot Camp: Roland GS-24 & Graphtec CE-6000 – Intermediate

A vinyl cutter can be the most profitable piece of equipment in your shop if you know how to use it to its best advantage. In this class, you’ll learn effective cutting techniques and how to boost your return by reducing costs and reaching new markets. 

 

Topics include basic cutter operation and best practices for optimal cutting. You’ll also get the scoop on using CadworxLIVE® free online design service, cutting with Great Dane Graphics and cutter software like Graphtec Studio, Cut Studio and Vector Cut. 

 

The hands-on class is offered in California, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Texas. Vinyl Cutter Boot Camp for owners of the Roland® GS-24 are offered Oct. 10, 2018. Vinyl Cutter Boot Camp for the Graphtec CE-6000 will be held on Oct. 11, 2018.

Cost is $19.95 per person.

 

Heat Transfer Vinyl 201 – Advanced

This class explores the spectrum of heat transfer vinyls on the market and breaks down the options to help determine the types that will provide the best results for your applications. The session also looks at specialty films and shares ideas for multicolor and mixed media applications with glitters, foils and patterns. 

 

In addition, you’ll learn the basic principles for layering heat transfer vinyl, as well as how to overcome common challenges. Plus, you’ll find out how to print unusual items such as bags, wristlets, coolers, shoes and more. The class is offered Oct. 10 and 11, 2018, in Arizona, California, Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Texas.

Cost is $19.95 per person.
