Dye-sub users can also elect to add a heat transfer system that sublimates prints as they exit the printer without the need for a separate calendar press unit.

The TX3200DS utilizes Ricoh Gen 5 printheads – offered in a configuration of four or eight – and prints CMYK images up to 1000 sq ft/hr. The machine features an integral IR heater that sets ink prior to heat transfer for improved color and registration.

Additional features include a 5-L bulk-ink system and a new media roller design that does not use traditional pinch rollers.
