Upgraded Wide-Format Eco-Solvent Inkjet Printer

Mutoh recently upgraded its ValueJet with faster print speeds. The ValueJet previously offered print speeds up to 100 sq ft/hr, but Mutoh has boosted the printer’s output to 140 sq ft/hr. The company says the printer’s new X-Rail design and piezo-printhead technology make the improvement possible. The ValueJet supports media widths up to 51.2 in. (1300.5 mm), print widths up to 48 in. (1219 mm), and resolutions up 1440 dpi. Its media-drying system consists of three individually controlled heaters. The printer comes standard with FlexiPRINT software from SA Int’l., a starter set of Eco-Ultra ink, and a one-year, on-site warranty.
