Accu-Cure UV curing units from A.W.T. World Trade Inc. are engineered specifically for high-speed curing of flat and rigid panel substrates such as vinyl, paper, polyester, glass, and more. According to A.W.T., Accu-Cure UV’s computer-designed cooling system minimizes the level of heat transmission, which keeps distortion to a minimum. Accu-Cure UV features a repositionable curing head. Users can select otuput levels of of 100-, 200-, 300- and 400-w/in. Standard safety features include light guards and an ozone-removal system. A vacuum holddown system positions the substrate as it undergoes curing. Accu-Cure UV is available as a complete UV curing system with curing head, conveyor, vacuum holddown and exhaust system; curing head with light guard assembly; and a vacuum holddown retro-fit package. Curing widths from 12-100 in. are available, with conveyor lengths from 5 ft. All units can be single or double lamped, with 400-w or Gallium lamp upgrades as an option.  Other options include: A.W.T.’s Inteli-Guard feature, which synchronizes press-dryer operation to reduce energy consumption; quartz polished glass for greater heat reduction; and additional conveyor sections by the foot.
