UV Inkjet Printer for Labels

Jetrion says its new 4000 Series Inkjet System delivers full-color labels in production volumes with quality comparable to flexo and at costs significantly lower than other inkjet printers. Jetrion designed the 4000 Series for short- and medium-length narrow-web runs and variable-data imaging. The press uses Jetrion’s UV4000 CMYK inkset to print on papers, films, foils, small-caliper tag stocks, and more. The 4000 Series is offered in widths of 4, 6, and 8 in. (102, 152, and 203 mm) to accommodate industrial, electronic, automotive, and other applications. According to Jetrion, the printer uses Xaar-based grayscale heads and high-performance UV-curing technology. Jetrion, 1260 James L.
