Vastex’s Updated, Faster Flash Cure Unit

Said to reduce flash cure times by 33 percent.

The 2600-W F-1000 Flash Cure Unit from Vastex features a 18 x 18-in. infrared heater designed to reduce flash cure times by 33%. The high-density, medium-wavelength heater offers closely spaced coils to prevent cold spots and undercuring. Features include built-in shields on four sides of the enclosure to increase efficiency and improve temperature uniformity; a head leveler for adjusting the heater parallel to the platen; extra-large side handles; heat control with power lights; and more.

The F-1000 Flash Cure Unit is also available in a 1950-W model for low- to medium-capacity applications. Users can opt to add a Rotary Table or Auto-Flash feature.
