Visual Marking Systems Earns 2008 eVolution of Manufacturing Award

Twinsburg, OH-based Visual Marking Systems, Inc. (VMS), a producer of labels, decals, overlays and graphics for the OEM, corporate identification, and fleet-graphics markets, has been named one of seven winners of the Smart Business magazine and Manufacturing Advocacy & Growth Network’s (MAGNET) 2008 eVolution of Manufacturing Award. VMS was recognized for efforts it has taken to prepare for changes in the manufacturing landscape.

The award acknowledged VMS’s training efforts, particularly the company’s focus on educating employees about lean-manufacturing principles and adopting new technology.
