Werner Thieme Turns 80

Werner Thieme, founder of THIEME GmbH & Co. KG, recently celebrated his 80th birthday. The company describes him as a person who cannot be content with simply reaching a desired goal and who starts planning for the next opportunity and focuses on taking new, innovative paths. Over the course of his career, Thieme has received the Order of Merit in Gold by the Community of Teningen, the Stauffer Medal from the Land of Baden-Württemberg, and the Federal Service Cross of the Federal Republic of Germany.
